Our substance abuse evaluation will help us get a good grasp on your past, and how we can better support you to help you recover and start your bright future. TYPES OF EVALUATION
We are proud to have a team of professionals that can adapt our level of care to match your needs. Here are some things we’ll evaluate during a substance abuse evaluation.
SUBSTANCE USE HISTORY
We’ll learn your history of substance use, the frequency and duration, amounts used, patterns of use, triggers, and previous treatment attempts.
PSYCHOSOCIAL EVALUATION
We’ll evaluate your living situation, social support, employment and education, any legal issues, and how you manage daily activities and responsibilities.
TREATMENT
We’ll evaluate behaviors that increase the risk of harm, how substance abuse affects daily life, and gauge your willingness to engage in treatment and make changes.

And we do it all without judgment & in tandem with your unique goals – whether that’s to stop using entirely or to begin using less.
